Matt and Rose are to be married in Rancho Santa Fe which is in North San Diego County. They are getting married at The Rancho Valencia Resort. We had a tough time getting together for the engagement session because of their crazy busy schedules. We ended at the marina near their home in Marina del Rey. They wanted to include Matt’s children for their engagement session. We all had a great time!

Love when my former wedding clients come in for this kinda stuff!! Eric and Erica (yeah, yeah … funny…I know.) … anyway, they were married two years ago on an Adventures at Sea Yacht called Endless Dreams. Erica wrote a song called Endless Dreams for Eric and sang it to him right after their vows. It was great. That song is what plays on my website now.

I love finding new places to visit right in our own area!! We recently did an engagement shoot in Naples. -canals, gondolas, singing- Woo Hoo!!

Okay, so it was Naples in Long Beach, although Naples in Italy would’ve been pretty fun too! But hey, there WERE gondolas and waterways and singing in Long Beach too!!
The semi-newly engaged Tom and Nicole live in the area and said they walk around the Naples area after dinner some evenings and that’s why it was so special to them. Wow! It was so cool! I told my husband Michael that we should walk this area regulary as well! Tommy’s older brother, James, was one of Michael’s closest friends and Michael has seen Tommy grow up from a little boy. He said it was strange knowing Tommy is going to be married in a few months.

I love that! I gotta share that one with our kids. They LOVE Disneyland! They were so excited the other day when we told them we met some former and current employees of Disneyland and Disney World. We shot a wedding recently where the bride was a former employee of Disneyland and thus, a few of her friends were past and current employees as well. There was even one from Disney World in Florida! And no …. Leo and Camille, the bride and groom, didn’t have a Mickey and Minnie cake or anything of the sort at their wedding. It was a perfect day for a wedding at El Dorado Golf Course for a sweet couple! More pics here: Leomar & Camille

Miniature golf is a lot of fun. We were at Castle Park Amusement Park in Riverside recently and I didn’t even play! But I had a great time anyway. We were there for an engagement session with Greg and Kelly. Great spot for a photo session and a great couple! These guys had their first date at a miniature golf course. Then … Greg proposed here because of it. They’re set to get married in July at Kindred Community Church in Anaheim Hills, then at Tortilla Flats in Mission Viejo. During the golf game, Kelly was doing pretty well. She even got a hole in one - much to Greg’s dismay. These two cracked me up because they were even keeping score for a little while! Competitive couple!! I like that!
