We had a lot of fun the other day at the El Dorado Nature Center.

Babies are so darn cute! Makes me want another …. not!! Four is good.

I had never been to the California Adventure side of Disneyland. I got my chance when I shot this couple’s engagement session. Micah and Amber are getting married next year at Rancho Las Lomas. They’ve spent a lot of time at California Adventure, so this is where they wanted their engagement session done. Great choice. They were so laid back and so much fun to hang out with!

Okay, this next image is funny. It’s one of those “you had to be there” to really appreciate it. It’s a great expression for the situation. :)

The other night I photographed a concert to benefit Invisible Children. The organization is dedicated to ending the war in Northern Uganda where children are abducted and forced to fight with the rebel army as child soldiers. For fear of being hunted by the LRA (Lord’s Resistance Army), these children commute on foot every night to find safe places to sleep in their town centers. To date, more than 30,000 children have been abducted and forced into war. These young children are abducted, maltreated, and tortured and forced to fight. That night they had the concert and some representatives from Invisible Children were there to show some movie clips and tell about their mission. There were four bands that participated by giving of their time and talents - Jenn Grinels, John Ryan, Gimic and Chris Paul Overall. The Gypsy Lounge in Lake Forest was the venue provider. Jesika, who put it together, did a great job.

This little girl gives the greatest expressions! She can go from a huge smile to an adorable scowl back to a smile in just one second. Whatta woman!
